Win10. I still got the black screen with blinking cursor. Turn on the power. ive tried to re boot, and restore but it wont let me do a restore.
Occiasionally made it to the bios screen but that didn't seem to help. The recovery disks, straight from Toshiba will be around 20$'s as well.
